Our premium planning application service deals with all types of planning applications including Householder and Full Applications. We also prepare applications for Listed Building Consent, for Change of Use and for Pre-Application Advice.

Our service includes the production of high quality detailed plans of your current property or site and any proposed new buildings, extensions or modifications. We manage the entire planning application process from your initial ideas and requirements, through to submission of the application and on to the planning decision. Plans are produced using Computer Aided Design (CAD) software and are delivered in both paper and electronic formats as standard. (Electronic delivery includes PDF format as standard and on request in CAD format (DWG or DXF)).
Our Premium Planning Application service starts with a consultation at your property to discuss your requirements and following discussions we will undertake a measurement survey inside and outside your property and take exterior photographs. We then produce a draft of the Planning Application including drawings of the existing property and with the proposed modifications. Once you are entirely happy with the draft we will issue the plans and submit them to the Local Authority for their decision. We'll keep you up to date of progress throughout the application process.

For simple jobs we may well be able to offer a better price and for more complicated jobs, applications for new dwellings or for other application types please contact us to discuss your requirements and to receive a quotation.
We aim to offer very competitive pricing and may be able to price match if you've found an equivalent service elsewhere -please contact us for more information.
*Includes 10% online discount and inclusive of VAT. Excludes Application fees payable directly to the Local Authority -typically £206 plus a £21 online submission fee for householder applications or £462 plus a £21 online submission fee for full applications (fees subject to confirmation by the Council). Excludes preparation of a building regulations application -see our Building Regulations page for more details.
Additional travel costs may be incurred at £2/mile for sites at distances greater than 50 miles from our location at CM3 8RA. Our offer excludes the services of any third parties and excludes any construction costs.
